Services

BASDEV MarkTech provides website design and development, website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, content creation, branding, and related digital services. The exact scope of work, project timeline, deliverables, revisions, and pricing shall be defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, email communication, or service agreement shared with the client.

Website development services may include custom website design, responsive development, CMS integration, e-commerce functionality, landing pages, contact forms, website optimization, security enhancements, and other features as specifically agreed upon for the project.

Project Acceptance

A project shall be deemed accepted when the client approves a quotation, proposal, invoice, purchase order, email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, or makes any advance payment. By accepting a project, the client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, login credentials, approvals, and feedback required for successful completion of the work.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, or materials may result in project timeline extensions, for which BASDEV MarkTech shall not be held responsible.

Payments

All payments shall be made according to the mutually agreed payment schedule. BASDEV MarkTech reserves the right to suspend, delay, restrict, or terminate services in case of delayed or non-payment.

Advance payments, setup fees, domain registration fees, hosting charges, software license fees, and completed work charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SEO and Marketing Disclaimer

BASDEV MarkTech follows industry-standard SEO and digital marketing practices. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or advertising performance. Search engine algorithms, competitor activities, market conditions, and third-party platform policies are beyond our control.

Website Development Disclaimer

BASDEV MarkTech shall make reasonable efforts to develop and deliver a functional website according to the agreed project scope. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific business results, or complete protection against hacking attempts, malware, server failures, cyberattacks, third-party software conflicts, or internet disruptions.

The client is responsible for maintaining valid hosting services, domain renewals, third-party licenses, and website backups unless such services are specifically included in a maintenance agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, legal content, images, logos, trademarks, licenses, and other materials used within the project. The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all materials supplied to BASDEV MarkTech.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed website and custom work shall transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. BASDEV MarkTech reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as web hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and social media networks. BASDEV MarkTech shall not be responsible for service interruptions, account suspensions, pricing changes, policy updates, downtime, or actions taken by such third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BASDEV MarkTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business, revenue, profit, data, reputation, or opportunity losses arising from the use of our services, website, or project deliverables.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BASDEV MarkTech, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from content supplied by the client or the client's use of the services.

Termination

Either BASDEV MarkTech or the client may terminate a project, service agreement, maintenance contract, SEO campaign, or digital marketing service by providing written notice through email or other approved communication channels.

Upon termination, the client shall remain responsible for payment of all work completed, hours utilized, services rendered, third-party expenses incurred, software licenses purchased, domain registrations, hosting charges, advertising expenses, and any other costs accumulated up to the effective date of termination.

Any advance payment already made shall be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. BASDEV MarkTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, unlawful activities, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

BASDEV MarkTech respects the privacy of its clients, website visitors, and business partners. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through contact forms, emails, phone calls, quotations, inquiries, or service requests may be used solely for communication, service delivery, customer support, billing, marketing, and legal compliance purposes. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
